CitizenStar's software — the applications, the verification components and the network components — is governed by its own licence terms, accepted on installing or using it, which prevail over this section as regards the software.

3. Trade marks

No licence in this document includes the trade marks. The CitizenStar name, its logos, Decentralize Everything™, Citizen ID and the names of its products may not be used without prior written permission, even where the content or software accompanying them is licensed.

4. Reservation of rights

All rights not expressly granted in this document are reserved to CitizenStar ehf.
